Hey hey! I’m Jenna —
I'm a documentary wedding photographer drawn to light and beauty! I love to see others for their soul.
I’m observant by nature, slow to interrupt, and deeply invested in creating images that feel honest and full of life. I believe weddings are about love — especially letting moments unfold as they are.
I’m married to my husband, Xander, and experiencing my own wedding only deepened my devotion to my work. As a bride, the day passes fast- you won't be able to see the flower girls walking down the aisle or grandma's tears. The hugs, the tears, the quiet pauses — those are the moments that stay. Those are the moments I photograph.

a few of my favorite things....
a good iced coffee, even in winter!
orange cats, the crazier they are the better
spring flowers! lily of the valley, peonies, and dahlia's...
spending time with family up in the north woods of wisconsin!

My Style
light-led, love-filled
I photograph weddings as they truly happen — with space for you to be yourselves. My work is rooted in observation, not performance. I’m always watching how light falls, how emotion moves, how beauty quietly reveals itself when it isn’t forced.
I’m endlessly inspired by sunlight — how it creates depth, shadow, and brilliance in ordinary places. I’ll stop mid-walk just to watch how it splashes across a wall or a face. That awareness filters into
everything I create.
“Light is sweet, and it is pleasant for the eyes to see the sun.”
— Ecclesiastes 11:7
Faith & Philosophy
I was created to create!
My relationship with God is the foundation of my work. I believe God is the original Creator; Whether I’m pouring paint onto a canvas or working with light on a wedding day, I feel closest to Him when I am creating and serving.
I deeply believe that Marriage is sacred — a covenant God designed — and I approach weddings with reverence and care. Photography, to me, is stewardship: honoring people, moments, and stories with humility and intention.
Experience & Background
Design-minded, artist-hearted
I’ve been shooting since 2018, hold a degree in graphic design, and have a deep love for painting and fine art. Artists like Rembrandt influence the way I see — especially his use of light, depth, and emotion. I love paying attention to composition, color, balance,
and story.
What inspires my work
- Films with beautiful cinematography, (think Pride & Prejudice)
- Growing flowers in my garden
- Classical Artists like Rembrandt and Claude Monet
