FAQ

What kind of gear do you use?

I use two trusty Canon EOS 5D Mark III Camera bodies with an 85mm and a 35mm lens. I also use an external flash for difficult lighting situations.

How long is my online gallery available?

Your online gallery is guaranteed live for 1 month following initial delivery date. After one month has passed, online galleries are removed as needed to make space for more sessions. While I do keep a backup drive, clients must download their entire gallery within one month to ensure they have a full copy of their session. Jenna Lavonne Photo LLC is not responsible for storing/backing up a client's session after one month has passed from initial photo delivery date.

Do I have to order prints through you?

You can choose to order prints independently, or through me! I recommend Mpix.com for general print needs. They have fairly affordable rates and very high-quality prints.

When will my photos be delivered?

For family/senior/couple portraits: Smaller sessions are delivered within 2-3 weeks following initial session date.
For all weddings: I guarantee a selection of sneak peek images within a week. Full wedding galleries are delivered within 6 weeks. All galleries are live for a minimum of 1 month post-delivery.
